I missed you when I was alone,

I missed you when I remembered your talks,

I missed you when the day seemed long,

I missed you while I had solitary walks.


You would never know,

How much my heart was longing,

For your only awaited presence,

Hear the melancholy my heart's singing.



My tear just rolled down my cheek,

No hand, I found, to stop as it came,

for now you're not here,

Hear my lips say your name.



This shilly shallying over your coming,

Will kill me by degrees before you come,

And don't you ever worry for me,

A strong lady,I've become..!


My round eyes looking up at the moon,

I utter something softly,

Alone with this deathly silence,

"Dear..! I'm missing you terribly..!"
